Hey there, I’m Angela. I grew up in a small town just outside Boston, went to school nearby studying Entrepreneurship and Accounting, and now live north of Boston with my husband and our naughty Rottweiler, Halle.

I’m kind of obsessed with living my life in alignment with what I truly want—and helping others do the same. I don’t believe you have to hit rock bottom to make big changes. Life can already be great, but just like trends and seasons, our goals and dreams evolve. That’s exactly how AlignDaily was born: a way to intentionally shape your days to match who you want to be.

Our daily routines, weekends, and years are always changing—so why shouldn’t our habits, goals, and actions evolve too? I’m on a mission to help people align their everyday actions with their aspirations, so you can feel intentional, energized, and truly like the best version of yourself—every single day.

my story

I used to live and breathe volleyball—even won 2 league championships in College! My life was all about routines, structure, and teamwork. But after college, I stepped into the “real world” and… quickly realized I had no idea what I was doing. I was in a job that drained me, making choices that “looked fun” but left me feeling empty.

Movement became my lifeline. I joined a health program, lost 20 pounds, and started taking my mental, physical, and social life seriously. I learned that when my daily actions aligned with what I wanted, I felt alive. But even after meeting my now-husband and feeling socially fulfilled and in a new job that I loved, I realized I was still just going through the motions.

Since college I realized my routines disappeared, and I found myself stuck in a cycle of doing the “right” things on paper while feeling completely off-track inside. That’s when I discovered habits. By intentionally creating small, daily routines—working out, cooking meals at home, and surrounding myself with positive influences—I finally reclaimed purpose, discipline, and joy.

Now, I’m living my happiest, healthiest life—and I want to help you do the same. Together, we can learn, track, and build habits that align your days with the life you truly want—turning small daily choices into big, lasting change.
